My training looked like this today:
Smith Machine Incline Press - 225lbs - 5x3 - 15 reps
Double Snatch - 24kg bells - 5x3 - 15 reps
Double Clean - 32kg bells - 5x3 - 15 reps
Double Row - 32kg bells - 5x3 - 15 reps
One Leg Deadlift - 32kg bell - 5x3 - 15 reps/leg

I have not in a while but I may start mixing that in as well. I am always looking for a change of pace at least one day a week. thanks for reminding me!
