200 meter Run
Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of 3 "Cindys" and 200 meter Run. 1 round of "Cindy" is 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Squats
I got 6 rounds plus 5 pull ups and 5 push ups.
