Seated Incline KB Curls - 35

Seated Shoulder Press - 35-35-53

Low KB Incline Press - 53 

KB Bent Over Row - 53-53-70

Goblet Squat & Swing - 1 x 53

* Sets of 8-7-5 (5-15 second rest in between sets. 2-3 minutes in between exercises.
