Heavy Training - Power

I wanted to go heavy today to push the envelope.

My training looked like this:

Swiss Ball Incline Chest Press - 32kg bells - 3 sets of 12 - 36 reps
Iron Cross - 28kg bell - 3 sets of 5 - 15 reps
Renegade Rows - 40kg bells - 3 sets of 5 each arm - 15 reps each arm
Double Cleans - 32kg bells - 3 sets of 5 - 15 reps
Double Suitcase DL's - 40kg bells - 3 sets of 5 - 15 reps
