Kettlebell Push Press & Swings...

I took yesterday off from training and over ate on purpose. Felt strong this morning!

My training looked like this:

5 rounds for time: 8:31
5 Double Kettlebell Push Press - 28kg bells
10 Double Kettlebell Swings - 28kg bells

I finished with: 100 mills - 15lb clubbell
