Box Squats - 125x5, 155x5, 185x5 - 12' box
Last week of 1st Wendler Cycle. Focused on keeping chest up and shoulders back while sitting back into a comfortable squat. The 12' box is about 2-3 inches below parallel.
Cash Out: Prowler Push - 135# @ 50ft.
