Kettlebell Deadlifts,Box Squats and Swings...
20 sets of 5 kettlebell deadlifts and 5 kettlebell box squats @ 2-53lb bells. 106kbs. (Ran a flight of stairs I between each set).
Cash Out: 10x10 Russian Swings @ 88lbs.
That was A LOT harder than it looked on paper. 30,000lbs total lifted/swung.
