German Volume Training (GVT) - Legs...

My training looked like this today:
Swings - 48kg bell - 10x10 - 100 reps
Overhead Lunges - 16k bell - 10x10 each side - 100 reps each side
Bruiser Clean To Order - 45lb clubbell - 10x5 - 50 reps

Hey Rob,
You have me really interested in the Clubbell. I'm thinking about asking Santa for one this year. What would you recommend to be a good weight to start? Also, I tried the 1000 swings...yeah,...I didn't do as well. I got to 800. Props to you my man and to Tracy Reifkind!!!

The 15lb club is the one I would start with....it is more than heavy enough! 1000 swings is carzy tough on your grip! Tracy is an animal!
