My training looked like this:
Smith Machine Incline Press - 165lbs - 10 sets of 10 - 100 reps
Chin Ups- 45lbs- 8 sets of 10 - 80 reps
Kettlebell Flys - 20kg bells- 2 sets of 10 - 20 reps
One Arm KB Rows - 32kg bell - 2 sets of 10 each arm - 20 reps each arm
