EDT - Upper Body

I did a light & short EDT upper body training session for the first time in a while this morning. I avoided any major triceps work and felt good. The first PR was 10 minutes and the second 5.

First PR - 10 Minutes

KB Pullovers - 16kg bell - 40 total reps
Horizontal Pull ups - Body weight - 25 total reps

3 minute rest

Second PR - 5 Minutes

KB C & P - 16kg bell - 30 total reps
Slingshot - 16kg bell - 60 total reps
