Kettlebell Circuit Training

Had the MRI yesterday so I should find out results early next week.

Today I did a full body kettlebell circuit. One minute of work per exercise with a 30 second rest between each exercise.

I used the 16kg bell for all the exercises.

I checked my heart rate at the end of my circuit and it was 158.

Most of them are for the DVD - "Providence". Go to my site- www.kettlebellrob.com and there is a link to buy it. The last few are just bodyweight exercises I picked up along the way. Good luck!

158 at the end!! Dang you're in good shape I hit 160 just reading your workout. LOL

Thanks. My strength has decreased but focusing on legs and cardio has helped me keep my strength enducrance.
