My training looked like this today:

PR One - 15 Minutes

Double KB Rows - 24kg bells - 40 reps
Long Cycle C & P - 24kg bells - 40 reps

5 Minutes Rest

PR Two - 10 Minutes

Chin Ups - Bodyweight - 85 reps
Dips - Bodyweight - 85 reps
