Continuous Squat Jump Gorilla Pullup - 2x10
Explosive Clap Push Up - 2x10
Gladiator - 2 sets of 30 seconds each side
Ab Wheel - 2x10
Figure 8/Hold - 16kg bell - 2x10 each direction
Slingshot - 16kg bell - 2x10 each direction
