"Cindy" & Clubbell Training...

My crossfit WOD was:

"Cindy"
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 Minutes

I completed 13 rounds for a total of:

65 Pull Ups
130 Push Ups
195 Squats

I finished with:

Hammer Swings - 25lb clubbell - 50 reps
Hammer Throws - 25lb clubbell - 50 reps
