Convict Conditioning...

My training looked like this:

Assisted One-Arm Pull Ups - 2x5 each arm - 20 reps

Lever Push Up - 2x20 each arm - 80 reps

Close Handstand Push Ups - 2x7 - 14 reps

Hanging Pikes - 5x5 - 25 reps
