My training looked like this today:
Floor Press- 28kg bells - 8 sets of 10 - 80 reps
Chin Ups- Bodyweight - 8 sets of 10 - 80 reps
Swiss Ball Incline Flys - 20kg bells- 2 sets of 10 - 20 reps
One Arm KB Rows - 32kg bells - 2 sets of 10 each arm - 20 reps each arm
