Mixing It Up...

I did some different exercises today and kept it short.

My training looked like this:

Continuous Squat Jump & Gorilla Pull Up - Bodyweight - 5x5 - 25 reps
Explosive Clap Push Up - Bodyweight - 5x5 - 25 reps
Clean Pull - 135lb Barbell - 5x5 - 25 reps
