My training looked like this today:
Renegade Rows - 24kg bells - 3x10 each arm
Incline KB Chest Press- 32kg bells - 3x10
Sumo Squat - 40kg bell - 3x10
One Leg Deadlift - 24kg bell - 3x10 each leg
Upright Row - 24kg bell - 3x10
Close Grip KB Push Up - 3x10
I am going to Arizona for work this morning till Saturday. I might take a few days off from training but have not decided yet. Go Sox!
