My training looked like this today:
Incline Flys- 28kg bells - 3x3 - 9 reps
Sumo Squat - 48kg bell - 3x3 - 9 reps
One Arm Row - 48kg bell - 3x3 each arm - 9 reps each arm
Upright Row - 48kg bell - 3x3 - 9 reps
Double Cleans - 32kg bell - 3x3 each arm
I finished with:
Snatches - 16kg bells -50 reps
