I did AOS: Elevation this morning. Due to the fact that Anthony DiLuglio is trying to get paid for the workouts I am not going to post the exact exercises but it is an excellent workout with a whole body focus that ends with some ladders for strength building. My training looked like this:
Round 1 - 24kg bell - 5 times through - 100 total reps
Round 2 - 16kg bell - 5 times through - 150 total reps
Round 3 - 24kg bell - 5 times through - 150 total reps
