Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout...
I did the first 3 rounds of the Extreme KB Cardio Workout with the 16kg bell.
I'm interested in knowing more about the extreme kb cardio workout you posted. I'm currently doing David Whitley's double kb PHA workout which has been great but I need to change things up as I may be starting to plateau. I'nm familiar with the Manmaker. Could you please describe the upper body blast and leg burner. Thanks
I do not want to post the DVD's exact exercises on my blog because the author is trying to make money on it's sale but send me an email and I will reply with the info.
