Walking Lunges & Farmers Carries…
Walking Lunge - 10x10 each leg/100 each leg @ 20lbs Vest
Farmers Walk - 2x30M @ 112 lbs each hand (22lb Rogue Handles)
Cash Out: 30 second sprints at 12MPH (5 minute mile). Terrible.
