5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts OTM for 20 minutes @ 195lbs* 

*on two 45lb bumper plates 


then, I got 3 reps @ 315lbs! 


That’s exactly 2x my body weight as of this morning!

Grip is definitely a limiting factor. Dropped the last rep at the top because I couldn’t hold on anymore.
