New Kettlebell Gym in Waltham, MA?

I am working out the details of opening a Kettlebell Gym in Waltham, MA. I am looking forward to this venture as it has been a goal of mine for a while. It may be affiliated with Anthony Diluglio's - Punch Kettlebell Gym in Providence, RI. More details to follow!

Thanks Nia! I am looking forward to it. My wife just got certified by NAFT in personal training and took Anthony's Essentials class last week. She will be doing more than myself in the beginning.

How is the diet going?

Rob

I truly believe that we have reached the point where technology has become one with our lives, and I think it is safe to say that we have passed the point of no return in our relationship with technology.

I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Societal concerns aside... I just hope that as technology further develops, the possibility of downloading our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I dream about almost every day.

My friend and I were recently talking about how involved with technology our daily lives have become. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.

I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as memory becomes cheaper, the possibility of transferring our memories onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's one of the things I really wish I could encounter in my lifetime.
