Goblet Squats - 40kg bell - 4 sets of 8 - 32 reps
Smith Machine Incline Press - 225 lbs - 4 sets of 5 - 20 reps
Double KB Row - 32kg bells - 4 sets of 5 - 20 reps
I finished with:
Bent Over Lateral Raises - 12kg bells - 3 sets of 8 - 24 reps
