My PM training looked like this:
Snatch - 16kg bell - switching every 5 reps - 150 reps
Two Handed Swing - 16kg bell - 20 reps
Left Hand Swing - 16kg bell - 15 reps
Right Hand Swing - 16kg bell - 15 reps
50 total Swing reps
Figure 8/Hold - 16kg bell -2 sets of 10 reps
220 total reps.
