I wanted to mix things up today and to combine some exercises that I do not normally do with some body weight exercises. My training looked like this today:
Double Snatch - 16kg - 3 sets of 10 - 30 reps
Push Up - Bodyweight - 3 sets of 10 - 30 reps
Bench Jumps - Bodyweight - 3 sets of 10 - 30 reps
Pullovers - 32kg bell - 3 sets of 10 - 30 reps
Crush Curl - 20kg bell - 3 sets of 10 - 30 reps
