Overhead Squats & Sumo Deadlift High-pull/Push Jerks

1. Overhead Squats
3 x 3 reps across - 75#

2. 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of: 20:41
Sumo Deadlift Hgh-pull (75#)
Push Jerk (75#)
 
I finished with:
Single Unders - 500 reps
Knees To Elbows - 50 reps

I did this on my own @ Gold's Ashland. I am planning on taking tomorrow OFF from training and hope to go to CFNE Sunday morning.
