Today I did more of a traditional leg workout using machines. Have not trained like this for a while so I figured....
Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 - 360/450/540
Leg Curl - 3 sets of 10 - 110/120/130
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 - 105/120/135
Sitting Calf Raise - 3 sets of 10 - 90/135/180
I finished with Dragon Walks - 3 sets of 10 steps each leg
