My workout log for the last 17 years. Every workout that I have done since February of 2007 is listed here. I decided to move my training log from a notebook to online and needed a name for the URL. I was training with mostly Kettlebells back then, thus the name - Kettlbellrob.

Core Work
I had a bit of DOMS this morning from my ladders on Sunday so I focused on core work. I did Windmills, Slingshots, figure 8/hold, Turkish get-ups, Get up sit-ups in a random fashion for about 25 minutes.

I doubt it. I am just happy to be feeling better again after my herniated disk. I am back to doing snatches but do not want to push it. I would love to competed because one of my goals was to get at least 100 snatches with just one switch. Maybe I will give it a go but my wife would probably kill me.
