Back Squats - 155lbs - 10x5 - 50 reps
One-arm Kettlebell Jerks - 70lbs - 5x5 each arm - 50 reps
Cash Out: One-arm Kettlebell Jerks - 50lbs - 10x5 each arm - 100 reps
