EDT - Arms & Shoulders...
PR One - 15 Minutes:
Machine Press - 80# - 60 reps
Standing DB Hammer Curls - 30# - 60 reps each arm
2 minute rest
PR Two - 5 Minutes:
DB Triceps Press - 50# - 20 Reps
DB Upright Row - 25# - 20 Reps
