EDT - Chest & Back....
PR One - 15 Minutes:
DB Bench Press - 50lbs - 75 reps
One-arm DB Row - 50lbs - 75 reps each arm
2 Minute Rest
PR Two - 10 Minutes:
Push Ups - 75 Reps
DB Snatch - 35lbs - 40 Reps each arm
