I condensed the time again on my EDT training session to 15 & 10 minutes repectively.
Session one (15 minutes) was:
Long Cycle C & P - 24kg bells - 40 reps total
Triple Crush - 20kg bell - 40 reps total
then session two (10 minutes):
Nuetral Grip Pull-ups - 75 reps - Bodyweight
Dips - 75 reps - Bodyweight
One of the hardest workouts EVER!
