Back...

My training looked like this today:

Nuetral Pull Ups - 16kg bell - 3x10 - 30 reps
Barbell Rows - 155lbs - 3x8 - 24 reps
Chin Ups - 16kg bell - 3x10 - 30 reps
One Arm KB Row - 40kg bell - 3 sets of 8 each arm - 48 reps
KB Pullovers - 24kg bell - 3x8 - 24 reps
