Chest...

My training looked like this:

Incline Push Ups - 3x12 -36 reps
Smith Incline Bench - 205lbs - 3x10 - 30 reps
Floor Fly - 45lbs - 3x10 - 30 reps
Close Push Up on Medicine Ball - 3x10 - 30 reps
