Chest...

I plan on reducing my volume by 50% this week.

My training looked like this:

Explosiver Clap Push Ups - 3x5 - 15 reps
Swiss Ball Incline Press - 32kg bells - 3x5 - 15 reps
Cable Fly - 80lbs - 3x5 - 15 reps
Dips - BW - 3x5 - 15 reps
