Core..

My training looked like this today:

Gladiator - 20kg bell - 2 sets of 30 seconds each side
Figure 8/Hold - 20kg bell - 2x10 each direction - 40 reps
Hanging Leg Raises - 2x10

I finished with:

Windmills - 20kg bell - 5x3 each side - 30 reps
