Bodyweight Only...

My training looked like this today:

Continuous Squat Jump Gorilla Pullup - 3x5 - 15 reps
Push Ups - 3x10 - 30 reps
Prisoner Squats - 3x10 - 30 reps
Dragon Walks - 3 sets of 10 steps each leg - 60 steps
