Swings & Deadlifts...

I am going to work in more leg work on my swing/snatch days in an effort to do more of what I normally do not do training wise. Squats, Deadlifts, etc.

My training looked like this today:

Swings - 24kg bell - 150 reps
Deadlifts - 24kg bells - 50 reps

Nice work rob, rob do you do alot of ladders for all types of exercises like the snatch, the swing, renagade row, hanging leg raises if so could you give me any hints on building up to the volume of work you have achieved. Also rob i know you are a busy man do you only get one workout in during the day or are you able to grease the groove throughout the day. Any imput would be greatly appreciated, thanks rob.

I usually train first thing in the morning. Hopefully before 6am. JUst one workout a day although I have done alot of doubles but my eife finds this obsessive! Just a bit:).

No ladders today. Just 150 swings (sets of 25) and 5x10 with the dl's. I have been doing ladders but now am doing more 3x10, 5x10, etc. Just pick a few exercises and move between them with little rest. When your strength goes up...decrease the rest time. Once in a while add a new exercise or reverse the exercise order. This all throws your body a curve for different reasons.
